March arrives with wide skies and the first daffodils.

Like the first breeze through an open window. The one that feels like the world quietly waking up again.

Light blue skies stretch wide overhead, dotted with big white clouds drifting lazily past. Yellow begins to appear everywhere, especially in the daffodils pushing up from the earth like little sparks of sunshine.

When I was 10 I wished I was tall like she was.

When I was 15 I wished I could talk to boys like she did.

When I was 20 I wished I had the answer in class like she did

When I was 25 I wished I had the relationship she had

When I was 30 I wished I was having a baby like she was.

When I was 35 I wished I fit in like she did

When I was 40 I wished I had the business she did.

When I was 44 well… it’s still hard sometimes.

February feels like a love letter written in red ink.

In roses that blush and bloom unapologetically.
In candlelight flickering across a table set for celebration.
In champagne towers and a joyful “chin! chin!” that echoes through the room.

A red lip is never just a color. It becomes part of your signature. The thing people remember. The shade you reach for when you want to feel like yourself, but a little braver.

Galentine’s Day is all about celebrating the incredible women in our lives, the friends who lift us up, make us laugh, and stand beside us through every high and low. Female friendships are powerful, sustaining, and transformative. Sometimes a few words can perfectly capture that magic.

Buy the flowers. Not because someone remembered. Not because it’s an anniversary or a milestone or a day circled on the calendar in pink ink. Buy them because today happened. Because you’re here. Because life, in all its ordinary magic, is worth marking.

This past weekend we hosted our first in-person event of the year. We gathered for a hands-on goal-setting and vision workshop and, of course, muffins & mimosas. The workshop was thoughtfully designed to help women pause, reflect, and start the year with clarity and confidence.

January doesn’t ask us to rush.

November feels like the soft inhale before winter arrives — late–autumn light, deep plums and mauves, peaches warmed by the last of the sun. The garden winding down, the end of harvest reminding us that not everything blooms fast… but everything blooms when it’s ready.

We were meant for big living. Daring deeds and great beauty. Yet, we often settle for small and safe. The comfort known versus the discomfort of something truly beyond ourselves. We tell ourselves that truly epic things are meant for others, not us.
